-Check‑in: From 3:00 PM onward.
-Check‑out: Must be completed before 12:00 PM.
???? Access Wristbands for Common Areas
-In accordance with the regulations of Edificio Morros 3,guests are required to pay COP $16,000 per person to obtain a wristband granting access to the social areas (pools, gym, jacuzzi, etc.).
‼️ Important: This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid directly at the reception, via card terminal, upon check‑in. Wearing the wristband attimes during the stay is mandatory.
???? Building Rules on Conduct and Security
-According to the Horizontal Property Regulations and the Building Coexistence Manual of Edificio Morros 3, temporary guests are not permitted to receive visitors, either inside the apartments or in common areas.
-Each apartment has a strict maximum occupancy limit based on its number of bedrooms. Hosting additional people beyond what is stated in the listing is not allowed under any circumstance, even for an extra fee. This rule is mandatory and non‑negotiable.
-By registering at the building’s reception, guests agree to comply withinternal regulations.
All guests must present an original identification document at check‑in:
✔️ Colombian ID (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP
✔️ Passport with entry stamps (foreigners)
✔️ MERCOSUR citizens: must present the travel slip
✔️ Venezuelan citizens: only PPT or passport is accepted
❌ Copies, PDFs, driver’s licenses, or any other documents are not accepted.
❌ Check‑in cannot be completed without the required documentation.
Minors:
-If a minor is not traveling with both parents, a notarized and authenticated authorization must be presented, along with:
-A copy of the minor’s identification (RC, TI, NUIP)
-Photocopies of both parents’ IDs
-Explicit written authorization from the parents or legal guardians allowing the minor to stay as a guest
-These requirements are mandatory under Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006. If any document is missing, the minor will not be allowed to enter under any circumstance.
-Check‑in cannot be completed without full compliance with these requirements.

-Apartment linens, towels, dishes, or any other household items may not be used for pets. Guests must bring their own:

Any damage caused by the pet will be charged as an additional fee.
